1. Eligibility for Return
- Returns are accepted only if the product is expired.
- Customers must notify us within 4 days of receiving the product.
2. How to Request a Return
- Contact our customer service via WhatsApp or email.
- Provide your order number and proof (photo/video) of the expired.
3. Refund/Replacement Options
- Eligible customers can choose between a refund, replacement, or store credit.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer).
- Note: Products must be unused and returned in original packaging.
