1. Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is expired.
  • Customers must notify us within 4 days of receiving the product.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Contact our customer service via WhatsApp or email.
  • Provide your order number and proof (photo/video) of the expired.

3. Refund/Replacement Options

  • Eligible customers can choose between a refund, replacement, or store credit.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer).
